The Author

Georgios Koutroulis is a 22 year old college student majoring in Accounting & Entrepreneurship. He was born in Germany and moved to the United States in 2019 in order to receive good education and to continue to play soccer. This time has been very rewarding for him, as he has made plenty of valuable experiences. However, those experiences also include mental health struggles. In fact, like many others, Georgios noticed that his mental health was worsening as the Covid-19 pandemic forced people to isolate in 2020. He used that time to write about his experiences and to document his way of recovery in a detailed manner in his publication "It's Okay Not to Be Okay."
